Our staff

**Services are rendered by staff who are licensed or certified behavioral health professionals. With licenses that range from CSC, CAC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC, LMSW and LCSW-C. Alpha II Omega takes pride in knowing our staff are culturally competent and represent the community we serve.
Behavioral health programs are provided in a clinic, outpatient, inpatient, and residential setting. Treatment consists of a wide array of processes from intake screening/assessment to diagnosis and individual plans to make sure all clients have focused care and attention needed to be successful in our programs. Through group counseling, individual counseling, family counseling, crisis intervention, medication management and a strong referral network clients are empowered with the tools needed to reintegrate back into society with a solid foundation.

This is a 12 Hour DUI/DWI program that meets weekly for 2 hours Cost is $60 per class

This service pertains to individuals who, for a known reason, are at risk of developing substance related problems. These clients exhibit evidence of problems and risk factors that appear to be related to substance use or addictive behavior however, the individual may not meet the diagnostic criteria for a substance use or addictive disorder defined in the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders

Early Intervention may be suitable for individuals who:

-Need to attend a Driving under the Influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWl) program

-Need further assessment to determine if substance use disorder is applicable and a higher level of care is needed.

This program provides outpatient evaluation and treatment for clients who require services for less than 9-hours weekly for adults and 6 hours weekly for adolescents. Level 1 is a relatively low-intensity treatment program. It includes an initial screening and evaluation after which the alcohol and drug use professional develops a person-centered treatment plan. This may incorporate therapy, medication, as well as other forms of treatment.

ASAM Level 1 is the most suitable treatment program for individuals who:

 

-Have recently been referred to the program from a more intensive treatment

-Have a less severe substance use disorder

-Are or have been stable for an extended period

This treatment for adolescents and adults consists of care typically consists of 9 or more hours of service each week for adults and 6 hours each week for adolescents in order to treat co-occurring issues and multidimensional instability. This outpatient service performs treatment services typically before or after work or school, in the evening, and/or on weekends.

ASAM Level 2.1 is the most suitable treatment program for individuals who:

 

-Referred from a Higher level of care, perhaps residential.

– Have a more severe substance use disorder

-Attend work or school while applying their newly acquired skills within real world environments

Partial Hospitalization Services are also known as “Day Treatment”.   This outpatient level of care is for adolescents and adults and offers a highly structured intensive treatment for individuals whose condition is sufficiently stable and do not require 24-hour per day monitoring and care.  This level requires 20 or more hours of service each week for addiction and co-occurring conditions. Partial hospitalization services are delivered by an multidisciplinary team of providers, with some cross-training to identify mental disorders and potential issues related to prescribed psychotropic drug treatment.

​ASAM Level 2.5 is the most suitable for treatment program for individuals who:

 

-Need the highest level of intensity for Outpatient Care

-Have the proper schedule to attend 6 hours a day of treatment.

This program consist of clinically managed low intensity residential treatment programs (Halfway Houses) shall offer treatment services at least 5 hours a week directed to improve the patient’s ability to structure and organize the tasks of daily living, stabilize and maintain the stability of the individual’s substance use disorder symptoms, and to help them develop and apply recovery skills.  Treatment is provided in a structured residential setting up to 30 consecutive days. This adolescent and adult level of care typically provides a 24-hour living support and structure with available trained personnel. designed

ASAM Level 3.1 is the most suitable for treatment program for individuals who:

 

– whose recovery is aided by a time spent living in a stable, structured environment where they can practice coping skills, self- efficacy, and

– ready to begin make connections to the community including work, education and family systems

– Have recently been referred to the program from a more intensive treatment

This elevated level of care consists of clinically Managed High-Intensity Residential Services for adults and medium level intensity for adolescence. Multifaceted treatment is provided counselor and other professionals to assist those clients facing imminent danger with functional limitations who cannot safely be treated outside of a 24-hour stable living environment that promotes recovery skill development and deters relapse. The skilled treatment services include a range of cognitive, behavioral and other therapies administered on an individual and group basis along with a myriad of activities and services in order to get clients advance to a lower level of treatment.

ASAM Level 3.5 is the most suitable for treatment program for individuals who:

 

– have severe social and psychological conditions.

– appropriate for adolescents with patterns of maladaptive behavior, temperament extremes and/or cognitive disability related to mental health disorders.

Discharge/transition planning occurs throughout all phases of the program. Once a client has met the discharge/transition criteria as orchestrated in their individual plan they are discharged and referred to support services, if necessary. Additionally, discharge may occur if the person no longer attends regularly or chooses not to actively participate in the program.
